1. How do I know if I have successfully placed my order? 
Upon submitting a successful order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number and order details. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive it in your inbox. You may also find your order details under 'Order History' in your Bee Cheng Hiang account.
2. Can I make changes to my delivery address after I place my order? 
You may make changes to your delivery address up to 9:30pm ONE day before your expected delivery date. You will receive a confirmation email when your address has been successfully updated.
3. Can I place my order via phone or email? 
We only accept orders that are made through the Bee Cheng Hiang website at the moment.
4. Can I place an advance order? 
You may check our website for the available delivery slots upon checking out your cart.
5. I am interested in placing a bulk order, what should I do? 
Please send your bulk order requests to <a href="mailto:corporate@bch.com.sg">corporate@bch.com.sg</a>. Our friendly sales consultant will respond to your enquiry within 2 working days.
9. Would the recipient of the parcel be receiving the tax invoice together with the order? 
No, the recipient will only receive a delivery note which shows the order item(s). This delivery note is not a tax invoice and will not show the price of the items.

1. How much is the delivery fee? 
Our delivery fee is at a flat rate of $6, free with a minimum spend of $50. Please note that the delivery fee and the minimum spend to get free delivery may increase during peak periods.
2. Where do you deliver to? 
a) Local delivery (Singapore) 
We deliver to all locations in Singapore.
b) International delivery 
At the moment, we are unable to deliver to any addresses outside of Singapore.
3. Can I bring Bee Cheng Hiang Bakkwa over to other countries? 
We will recommend that you check with the country's regulations on importing meat products into that country.
4. What are your delivery timings? 
We deliver daily between 9am to 6pm including weekends and public holidays. You may check our website for the available delivery slots upon checking out your cart.

Yes, to provide you with the best taste, Bakkwa from the 'Freshly Grilled Bakkwa' range are freshly grilled daily. Products sold online are stored in the same temperature and humidity-controlled storage facilities as those distributed to our retail outlets.
2. How long can Freshly Grilled Bakkwa be kept? 
Our Freshly Grilled Bakkwa needs to be stored in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight. Consume within 7 days when stored in room temperature and refrigerate for consumption of up to 14 days. Heat our Bakkwa in the microwave before consumption for extra goodness!

At Bee Cheng Hiang, we use airless packaging to ensure maximum freshness of our Freshly Grilled Bakkwa.

Bee Cheng Hiang Treats is our new loyalty program that allows customers to earn points and enjoy exclusive rewards with Bee Cheng Hiang.
Through Bee Cheng Hiang Treats, our loyal customers can:
a) Earn BCH Points with every purchase. 
b) Use accumulated points to offset online and in-store purchases. 
c) Exchange BCH Points for e-vouchers and other exciting deals.
2. How do I join the Bee Cheng Hiang Treats loyalty program?

4. How can I earn BCH Points? 
BCH Points are points that you earn when you make purchases online or at any Bee Cheng Hiang outlet in Singapore and varies with tier status. Bee Cheng Hiang Treats has three member tiers: Silver, Gold and Platinum.
Silver member: $1 spent = 3 BCH Points. 
Gold member: $1 spent = 4 BCH Points. 
Platinum member: $1 spent = 5 BCH Points.
5. How do I use my BCH Points? 
Every 100 BCH Points earned is equivalent to $1 off. BCH Points can be used to offset your in-store and online^ purchases or exchanged for e-vouchers.
For online^ purchases, you will have the option to select and use your available points to offset your purchase upon checking out.
For in-store purchases, simply show your account's QR code to our friendly staff and you will be able to use your points for your purchase.
^BCH Points can only be used for Bee Cheng Hiang products and selected partner brands when shopping on the Bee Cheng Hiang website.
6. How long does it take for BCH Points to be credited into my account? 
For online purchases, your BCH Points^ will be credited into your account after your order has been delivered.
For purchases made at our retail stores, your BCH Points^ will be credited into your account within 1-2 working days.
You may check your BCH Points balance by logging in to your account on the Bee Cheng Hiang website or Bee Cheng Hiang app.
^BCH Points are subjected to verification.
7. Will my BCH points expire? 
Yes, BCH Points earned this year will expire on 31 March the next year.
8. How do I upgrade my Bee Cheng Hiang Treats tier? 
Gold tier^: Accumulate a minimum spend of $2,000 within the calendar year. 
Platinum tier^: Accumulate a minimum spend of $5,000 within the calendar year.
^Tier status will only be upgraded one day after your date of purchase for in-store purchases or after your order has been delivered for online orders.
9. When will my spending for the calendar year be reset? 
The accumulated spend for your account will be reset on 1 Jan of each year.
10. How long does my Gold or Platinum tier status last? 
If your account has been upgraded to the Gold or Platinum tier, your tier status will be valid until 31 December of the next year. Your account's tier status will be reviewed upon expiry and adjusted based on your spending in the past year.
11. Do I earn any BCH Points if my transaction was paid using my BCH Points? 
Yes. However, you will only earn BCH Points from the net payable amount.
12. Do I earn any BCH Points from the delivery fees? 
No, you do not earn any BCH Points from the delivery fees.
13. Are BCH Points transferable? 
BCH Points are strictly non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash.
14. How do I check the tier status of my Bee Cheng Hiang account and BCH Points balance? 
You may check your account's tier status and BCH Points balance by logging in to your account on the Bee Cheng Hiang website or the Bee Cheng Hiang app. Alternatively, you can also head down to any of our Bee Cheng Hiang outlets in Singapore and our friendly staff will be able to assist you in checking.

No, Bee Cheng Hiang rewards cards cannot be linked to your Bee Cheng Hiang account any longer. We have ended our Bee Cheng Hiang rewards card program and we encourage you to download our app on the <a href="https://apps.apple.com/sg/app/bee-cheng-hiang/id1613359313">App Store</a> or the <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.beechenghiang.consumerprelive">Play Store</a> to join our Bee Cheng Hiang Treats rewards program.
17. Will I be receiving a physical card when I sign up for Bee Cheng Hiang Treats? 
No, we will no longer be issuing any physical membership cards. To earn or use your BCH Points, you can simply show your account's QR code or provide your phone number when making payment at our outlets.
18. Can I earn or use my BCH Points when I make a purchase with Bee Cheng Hiang on third-party marketplaces (e.g. LazMall, Shopee Mall)? 
No, BCH Points can only be earned and used through our retail stores and the Bee Cheng Hiang website.
