Responsibilities

  • Handle all design activities from conceptualization to production of marketing collaterals such as posters, EDMs, brochures, store design, website, magazine advertisements, other marketing materials etc
  • Support and participate in marketing events and exhibitions

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Arts/Design and any related field (Entry level candidates are also welcome to apply)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (including Illustrator and Photoshop)
  • Effectively Bilingual (knowledge of Japanese or Korean will be added advantage in order to liaise with the Japanese or Korean speaking associates)
  • Creative, Self-motivated, team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision

Responsibilities

  • Daily operations of the accounting functions (Partial set of accounts, AP, AR, GL)
  • Audit, corporate tax/GST filing and other compliance matters
  • Monthly reports and closing of accounts
  • Regular cash audits and inventory stocktakes at our retail outlets
  • Financial related administrative matters

Requirements

  • Min Diploma in Accounting or its equivalent
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Accounting applications
  • Preferably 1-2 years of relevant working experience (Entry level candidates are also welcome to apply)

  • Active management of the properties' leasing to optimise lease rental and vacancy

Internship Scope

You’ll be working alongside with our experienced Operations senior staff as an understudy; to complete a variety of tasks and may also work on several projects simultaneously:

  • Consumer Marketing Insights - Working closely with consumers, analyzing their behavior and identifying issues and opportunities for the business
  • Brand - Working with internal teams and external creative agencies on brand strategy or brand activation
  • Media - Identifying the right brand investments into the right communication channels and optimizing the portfolio mix
  • Providing administrative support to Operations Team whenever necessary
